Road Dash Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
Road Dash is operated by PolyVerse.click. This policy explains how Road Dash handles information when you play the game or use its online leaderboard.
For privacy questions, support, or a request to delete your online leaderboard account, email info@polyverse.click.
Information stored on your device
Road Dash stores the following on your computer so the game can work: your chosen driver name, a randomly generated installation identifier, game settings, selected car colour, personal-best times, and ghost replay data. These files remain on your device unless you remove them through the game or delete the game’s local data.
Online leaderboard information
Using the online leaderboard is optional. If you choose a driver name and connect, Road Dash sends your driver name, a random installation identifier, platform, game and track version, race time, checkpoint split times, and technical tokens used to protect your account and validate score submissions.
Your chosen driver name, race time, rank and points can be shown publicly in Road Dash leaderboards. Please do not use your real name, email address, or other personal information as your driver name.
How we use this information
We use leaderboard information to register your game profile, check that a name is available, record and validate race results, display rankings and points, prevent misuse, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Online content
Road Dash may download billboard images from PolyVerse.click while you play. These are game images only. The game does not use advertising networks, analytics software, location services, contacts, camera, microphone, or payment information.
Sharing and security
Leaderboard requests use HTTPS. We share information only where necessary to operate the Road Dash service, including the hosting providers that run PolyVerse.click and its database. Public leaderboard information is visible to other players as described above.
Retention and deletion
We keep online leaderboard records while Road Dash is available, unless we no longer need them or you ask us to delete them. To request deletion, email us from the address above and include your Road Dash driver name. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request. Deleting an online profile removes it from future leaderboard use; local game files on your computer are under your control.
Your choices and rights
You can play Road Dash without using the online leaderboard. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection relating to your personal information. Contact us to make a request. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
Road Dash does not knowingly collect real names, contact details, or other sensitive personal information from children. The public driver name is chosen by the player. Please do not enter personal information into it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Road Dash or its online services change. The current version will always be available on this page.
